SUPERHUMAN was made to fit into real life — coffee, smoothies, breakfast bowls, snacks and simple baking.
Hot SUPERHUMAN Coffee
Ingredients
1 serve SUPERHUMAN
250–300 ml hot coffee
1–2 tbsp milk, nut milk or coconut milk
Optional: 1 tsp MCT oil
Optional: cinnamon or all spice
Optional: monk fruit, honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter
Method
Make your coffee as usual.
In a mug, mix SUPERHUMAN with a small splash of milk first to create a smooth paste.
Slowly add the hot coffee while stirring well.
Add MCT oil, spice or sweetener if using.
Drink warm.
Positive Power Up Smoothie Cup
Ingredients
1 serve SUPERHUMAN
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp rolled oats
6 raw almonds
1 cup milk, nut milk or coconut milk
6 ice cubes
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp honey, optional
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and drink straight away.
For a thicker smoothie bowl, use less milk and top with berries, seeds or coconut.
‘Notella’ Protein Bombs
Ingredients
1 serve SUPERHUMAN
3 tbsp LSA mix
1 tbsp chia seeds
200 g pitted dates, soaked for 15 minutes and drained
150 g skinless hazelnuts
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: 1 tbsp coconut oil if the mix is too dry
Method
Add hazelnuts to a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped.
Add dates, LSA, chia, cacao, vanilla, sea salt and SUPERHUMAN.
Blend until the mixture sticks together.
If it is too dry, add coconut oil or a splash of water.
Roll into small balls.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
SUPERHUMAN Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
1 serve SUPERHUMAN
¾ cup Greek yoghurt, coconut yoghurt or thick natural yoghurt
¼ cup berries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp LSA or ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chopped nuts
½ banana, sliced
Optional: drizzle of honey or maple syrup
Optional: cinnamon
Method
Add yoghurt to a bowl.
Stir SUPERHUMAN through until smooth.
Top with berries, banana, chia, LSA and chopped nuts.
Add cinnamon or a small drizzle of honey if desired.
Eat as a quick breakfast or afternoon protein bowl.
SUPERHUMAN Protein Yoghurt Bowl
Ingredients
1 serve SUPERHUMAN
1 cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds or pumpkin seeds
½ cup berries
1 tbsp nut butter
Optional: cacao nibs or coconut flakes
Method
Mix SUPERHUMAN into the yoghurt until smooth.
Add chia and seeds.
Top with berries and nut butter.
Finish with cacao nibs or coconut flakes if using.
SUPERHUMAN Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
1 serve SUPERHUMAN
1 ripe banana
2 eggs
2 tbsp rolled oats or almond meal
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder
Butter, coconut oil or olive oil for cooking
Method
Mash banana in a bowl.
Whisk in eggs, SUPERHUMAN, oats or almond meal, cinnamon and baking powder.
Heat a pan on low to medium heat.
Cook small pancakes for 2–3 minutes each side.
Serve with yoghurt, berries or nut butter.
SUPERHUMAN Choc Smoothie
Ingredients
1 serve SUPERHUMAN
1 cup milk, nut milk or coconut milk
1 tbsp cacao powder
½ frozen banana
1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
Ice
Method
Add everything to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve cold.
