OPT4- PROTEIN BALLS `Notella`Protein Bombs

  • 3 tbsp LSA mix
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200 g pitted dates soaked in water for 15 minutes and drained.
  • 150 g hazelnuts skinless
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Pinch salt
  • 4 serves OPT4 Collagen Protein Powder using your favourite flavour.
  • 3 tbsp Water.

Instructions:Β 

  1. Add all dry ingredients to blender and mix until hazelnuts are still chunky, and the mix looks crumbly.
  2. Add the dates, water and vanilla to blender and pulse until mix starts to come together.
  3. If the mix is a little dry add a tsp at a time of water until mix forms a firm texture.
  4. Place in fridge for 10mins.
  5. Form mixture into balls about 2.5 cm in diameter
  6. Store in fridge for a few weeks or freeze until required.

These little suckers are great if you love choc hazelnut. Bursting with minerals and omega fats. So on point as a snack in the day. Helps with sugar cravings and to provide energy and calm.Β  Make a double batch and freeze them for those β€˜I want something sweet’ times.
