- 3 tbsp LSA mix
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 200 g pitted dates soaked in water for 15 minutes and drained.
- 150 g hazelnuts skinless
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Pinch salt
- 4 serves OPT4 Collagen Protein Powder using your favourite flavour.
- 3 tbsp Water.
Instructions:Β
- Add all dry ingredients to blender and mix until hazelnuts are still chunky, and the mix looks crumbly.
- Add the dates, water and vanilla to blender and pulse until mix starts to come together.
- If the mix is a little dry add a tsp at a time of water until mix forms a firm texture.
- Place in fridge for 10mins.
- Form mixture into balls about 2.5 cm in diameter
- Store in fridge for a few weeks or freeze until required.
